We provide international shipping for overseas purchases.
Packages are shipped using DHL Express.
In-store collection is available for customers within Kenya.
Payment of all duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver and varies according to the location. Shipping costs cover transport charges only.

The online Kenya Wild Parks Shop accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.
Payment total includes shipping fees.
The payment total will be charged to your card once the order is shipped for in-store purchases.
Shipping prices depend on the customer’s shipping address.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
Goods can be returned if they are found to be faulty, in which case the customer will be refunded the full amount, excluding postage costs. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
With a receipt or invoice, you can return merchandise to us by mail and receive an online store credit. Please note that your original receipt or invoice must be included. Please package your return in the original box if possible. If you bought a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned to receive a refund. We cannot accept returns on: gift cheques or gift cards, gifts with purchase items, or product samples.
